ACMV/HVAC Chilled Water Flushing

Chilled water flushing is a process used in HVAC systems to remove any debris or impurities from the piping system and improve the overall performance and efficiency of the system. Flushing will help to reduce pressure drop, increase heat transfer efficiency, and improve system reliability.

MEP BOSS does supply (Chemicals), cleaning, flushing (static / dynamic) and passivation for the ACMV/HVAC chilled water system. The objective of this process is to remove slit, sand, iron oxide deposits, weld slug and other contaminants that are present in a new pipe work system. The passivation process inhibits the piping network or system from corrosion.
